No, if you are pressing Y on a keyboard, it will not work. The game is set up for a plug in controller, such as an Xbox controller. Unity’s 3rd person control script got messed up somehow during development and I had no way of fixing it properly. It also depends on how hard you press the Y button on the controller, it sometimes doesn’t register when you just tap the button. Also, the game is not optimized properly to run the game smoothly on Itch.io. This project was for a class assignment, so it’s not like I’m trying to share this to the world. But, I do hope to update the game and reupload it in the future, so maybe by then I can fix some of the issues.
